    Are you a talented Architectural Designer with experience in creating 2D and 3D projects, property designs, and renders? Bali Smart Investment, a prominent investment firm in Bali, is seeking a skilled individual to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis.

    Responsibilities:

    – Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs and visualizations for various property projects.
    – Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings.
    – Produce high-quality renders and virtual walkthroughs to bring designs to life.
    – Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
    – Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs as required.
    – Stay updated with the latest architectural and design trends and technologies.

    Requirements:

    – Proven experience in architectural design, including creating 2D and 3D projects, property designs, and renders.
    – Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
    – Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
    – Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.

    Responsibilities:
    – Create engaging and compelling content for our Facebook and Instagram platforms, including regular posts, reels, and stories.
    – Implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our audience, and drive user engagement.
    – Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely manner.
    – Collaborate with our marketing partner to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

  • Superintendent for Villas in Bali

    Position: Superintendent
    Location: Bali, Indonesia
    Employment Type: Full-time

     

    Job Summary:

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee the operations and management of several villas in Bali. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties and providing exceptional service to guests. This position is open only for Indonesian citizens.

     

    Responsibilities:

    1. Property Management:

       – Oversee the daily operations of multiple villas, ensuring all aspects of the properties are well-maintained and in optimal condition.

       – Coordinate and supervise villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and security personnel.

       – Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

       – Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly and efficiently.

       – Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available for guest services and villa operations.

     

    1. Guest Services:

       – Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and professional manner.

       – Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

       – Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

       – Maintain regular communication with guests, addressing any pre-arrival arrangements or post-departure follow-ups.

     

    1. Staff Management and Training:

       – Recruit, train, and supervise villa staff, promoting a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of service.

       – Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance staff performance.

       – Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in guest service, housekeeping, and maintenance.

     

    1. Administrative Duties:

       – Manage villa budgets, expenses, and financial records, ensuring adherence to allocated resources.

       – Prepare reports on property operations, occupancy rates, guest feedback, and other relevant data.

       – Collaborate with the property owner or management company to establish goals, objectives, and strategies for the villas.

     

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    – Indonesian citizenship is mandatory for this position.

    – Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in villa management.

    – Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team.

    – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and property owners.

    – Solid understanding of property maintenance, housekeeping standards, and guest service best practices.

    – Proficient in computer systems and software applications related to property management.

    – Knowledge of local regulations, laws, and permits related to villa operations is advantageous.

    – Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    – Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.

    1. Conduct regular inspections of the villas to identify maintenance needs and repair issues.
    2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, painting, and carpentry work.
    3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from villa owners or guests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeper with Cooking Skills to join our team and take care of several villas in Bali. The ideal candidate should be an Indonesian citizen with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and excellent cooking abilities. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the villas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and cook meals according to the guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.

     

    Responsibilities:

    – Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the villas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and tidying up.

    – Ensure that all rooms, common areas, and facilities are kept clean and well-maintained.

    – Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.

    – Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

    – Prepare and cook meals for guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

    – Plan menus and coordinate with the villa management to ensure food supplies are stocked and readily available.

    – Handle grocery shopping and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
